    Are these real cases?

Posted by kudzujungle on April 29, 2026 at 12:22 am

A: Yes. Real cases, real courts, real docket numbers, real filings.

We document them in the Case Management section of this community — sanitized where privacy requires it, but otherwise exactly as they exist in the public record. You can look them up yourself by searching the case numbers. This is our real signature block whenever we communicate with the lawyers representing the defendants. We each have the identical block content except our names are reversed, depending on who is communicating:

Disclaimer: I am a pro se litigant representing myself in matters with the cases below, collaborating solely with my co-plaintiff, Wesley Crawford, with his explicit consent. I am not a licensed attorney and do not provide legal advice or representation to others. All communications are made in my capacity as a pro se litigant for the purpose of these cases, in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5(b) and E.D. Tenn. L.R. 83.4, and are limited to permissible pro se activities.
District Court: 3:24-cv-00382 | Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals: 25-5868 | Knox County Circuit Court: 2-304-25 | District Court: 3:25-cv-00516 | Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals: Writ of Mandamus Case No. 26-5171

Everything you see us do in this site reflects something that actually happened or is actively happening in a real proceeding.

That’s what makes this different from a podcast or a blog. You can watch the process unfold in real time — the filings, the responses, the court orders, the surprises. When we get something wrong, you’ll see that too.
