Can I participate even if I don’t have a case?
A: Absolutely! Some of our most valuable contributors have no case of their own, but they willingly share their knowledge and engage in conversations. We are on several social media sites and learn from others, which made sense to us to start this site and share our own knowledge and build a community.
Researchers, writers, people with healthcare backgrounds, people who are just good at organizing information or thinking strategically — all of it is useful. Your $12 membership helps fund this site, it buys gas for the trips to the court, it helps with medical bills and we all get a chance to network with each other.
The Round Table group exists specifically for people who want to contribute ideas, research, and strategize regardless of their personal situation. Even though Kudzu Jungle is about a specific battle (hospital / private equity firm control of the hospital), your experiences, skills and knowledge can help others.
You can also just watch. Follow the cases. Listen to the podcast. Read the diary. Ask questions in the Q&A forum. That’s participation too, and it matters — an engaged audience is part of what makes this work visible and harder to ignore.
