Crawford v. Community Health Systems, Inc.
This case raises allegations that the private equity firm uses its securitization program to upstream Tennova North’s revenue to service corporate debt. The hospital was understaffed, strapping Mr. Crawford to a gurney and leaving him without emergency care for more than seven hours.
