Last Updated: May 3, 2026
Kudzu Jungle is owned and operated by Wesley Crawford and Colleen Crawford, a married couple documenting our pro se legal journey in the interest of public awareness and advocacy around private equity ownership of hospitals and its impact on patient care.
Everything on this platform — including, but not limited to, blog posts, podcast episodes, community posts, journal content, templates, forum discussions, case management updates, and live sessions — is produced and published for entertainment and educational purposes only. We are not attorneys. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice.
Nothing on this platform should be construed as legal advice, and nothing here creates an attorney-client relationship of any kind. We cannot give you advice about any litigation you are involved in or are considering, and we only post our own experience, in story format based on what it’s like for us to be pro se litigants.
By creating an account or using Kudzu Jungle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.
Kudzu Jungle is open to adults 18 years of age or older who agree to these Terms. By creating an account, you confirm that:
We reserve the right to terminate any account we reasonably believe violates these conditions, without notice and without refund.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Please visit our membership page to see our most current options.
We may change pricing, features, or tier structure at any time. We will notify existing members of material changes with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after notice means you accept the changes.
The Kudzu Jungle site is currently documenting our pro se journey and the membership tiers will be available for the duration of this journey. When the cases are over with, we reserve the right to introduce new projects; however, the cases will remain as an archive, and you can either continue with the new projects, or cancel your membership, or pause it. Please see our refund policy below.
Payments are processed securely through [e.g., Stripe]. We do not store your full payment information. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We offer a free membership which you can use for as long as you maintain our terms of agreement and membership rules. Please do not purchase the yearly subscription if you are not certain you want to commit to a membership.
Not Refundable: The $12 Subscription fee is not refundable. It is applied right away to manage the site, pay for the software and maintain memberships. Please use the free guest account because this gives you an overview of how the site works, and what content is available in the yearly subscription fee.
Pro Se Journey subscriptions: These can be cancelled anytime before the recurring monthly billing/payment process. We do not offer partial-month refunds for access not provided if you cancel before your next payment is due. You can start, pause or cancel this subscription any time.
All other sales are final except as stated above. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us promptly at and we will resolve it. Submit a customer support request here.
You own your content. By posting on Kudzu Jungle (stories, comments, questions, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to host, display, distribute, moderate, and archive your content on the platform for community purposes.
You are fully responsible for what you post. Do not post defamatory, harassing, threatening, false, or private information about others without consent. We are not responsible for member content—the views expressed are their own and do not represent us.
We may remove or moderate content at our discretion.
We take your privacy seriously and never sell your personal information. We collect only what is necessary (username/email, payment info via processor, and content you post including your real name and profile content you share publicly).
Public Content Note: Some areas are publicly visible. Do not post anything you would not want seen by anyone—including opposing parties in litigation you are involved in.
Court cases referenced here come from public records. See our separate Privacy Policy for full details. We comply with applicable Tennessee and federal privacy laws.
Content we create (podcasts, diary entries, templates, courses, recordings, posts) is our intellectual property. You are prohibited from sharing content that is restricted to certain membership tiers, such as the pro se journey content.
You may not:
We mean this sincerely. Nothing here is legal advice—not the podcast, diary, templates, Q&A, live sessions, or community posts. We are two ordinary people learning in public and sharing our journey. We get things wrong sometimes, and we have to do our due diligence to research, learn, and do the best we can to submit pleadings, responses and other information to the courts. We are only sharing what it’s like to be pro se litigants in the American judicial system.
Watching us is entertainment that may also be educational, but it is not a substitute for professional legal counsel.
We expect respect and good faith. We may remove members who:
We can suspend or terminate accounts at any time, with or without notice, for any reason we determine is appropriate.
Terminated members are not entitled to refunds beyond our standard policy.
The platform and all content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties. We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wesley Crawford, Colleen Crawford, and Kudzu Jungle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, legal outcomes, or emotional distress) arising from your use of the platform.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms or any other reason.
We may also terminate or suspect your access at any time when the cases are finalized or in the event Kudzu Jungle can no longer remain online.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends. Certain provisions (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification) survive termination.
13. Governing Laws
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable federal law. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Tennessee.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with an updated “Last Updated” date and notify active members by global message. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

A Final Word
We built Kudzu Jungle because ordinary people deserve a voice, information, and a supportive community. These Terms help protect that space for everyone—including you. We’re glad you’re here!
